Video: I Have Reviewed a Secret Report Indicating that the Capitulator No Longer Holds the Majority of Votes, Says Serzh Sargsyan

For 30 years, I have been at the center of events regarding the fate of our people, during which I have held high-ranking positions and, through my work, have access to a vast amount of confidential information. This was stated by the third president and leader of the 'Honorary' alliance, Serzh Sargsyan, during a meeting with journalists in the Ararat region.

“Naturally, I have hardly spoken about this information and will not speak about many things, not because it is prohibited by law or because I am taciturn, but because I have never harmed and will never harm our country, our people, and its security. Those are types of information that a normal person simply should not discuss,” he said.

However, Serzh Sargsyan noted that a fact had brought him joy the night before. “I had the opportunity to review a secret report that summarized statistical data from the relevant authorities, and that statistical data encompassed the entire republic and pertained to the results of the elections. According to that document, the capitulator no longer holds the majority of votes,” he said.
