Levon Ter-Petrosyan: Over 2.5 Million People on Voter Lists When Our Permanent Population Is Less Than 2 Million

Levon Ter-Petrosyan emphasized in an interview with Petros Ghazaryan that simply voting in a closed ballot box is not enough to impact elections. “There are countless mechanisms involved. After the voting, there are also the electoral commission, the precinct commission, the central electoral commission, observers, and trusted individuals. One fact remains: there used to be much talk about 500,000 surplus individuals on all voter lists. Now, there are even more. Do you know how many are currently registered?
