Georgia Will Become a NATO Member, but No Specific Date Set
Georgia will become a NATO member, but no specific date has been set. This was announced by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg during the Marshall Fund Forum in Brussels.
He noted that Georgia and Ukraine are important partners in the Black Sea region, as reported by Novosti Gruziya.
“I believe that NATO allies will adopt our previously agreed decisions; Georgia will become a NATO member, but no specific date has been set,” Stoltenberg stated.
