"I believe that after the elections, the agenda we are implementing, if put into action, can quickly resolve the issue of prisoners, provided we solve our domestic problems and strengthen ourselves on the external front," said Edmon Marukyan, the leader of the Bright Armenia party, during a briefing with journalists. He added that the issue of prisoners should never become a topic for political speculation.
