VIDEO. What Secret is Hidden in the Tigranashen (Kyarky) Road? – Nairi Hokhikyan

Television commentator and journalist Nairi Hokhikyan has released a video on his Telegram page, stating: “In 2019, the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia renewed most of the interstate highway from Yeraskh to Goris and up to the Armenian-Iranian border. Recently, I was informed that the area of Tigranashen (Kyarky), which was once considered an enclave of Azerbaijan according to Soviet maps, has been completely bypassed on that road, and then the reconstruction work has been carried out again.

To verify what has happened on-site, I traveled to Tigranashen and conducted GPS mapping and filming. This situation does not fit in any logic or coincidence. Why did the Armenian government decide in July 2019 not to carry out any road construction work on the 3 km section of Tigranashen? They bypassed it and then continued the reconstruction.
