In a country at war, the army has become the subject of charity. Nikol Pashinyan stated this in Parakar.
“They ask us why we are spending money on the soldier’s food. But when people came and threw candies, the soldiers were running after them, grabbing at those candies. From that, you would have to shoot yourself, you rejected coward,” he said.
