The relative of a missing soldier, Arsen Ghukasyan, addressed the actions that took place in Abovyan during a live stream on Facebook.

“The Ministry of Health showed some manliness and accepted its guilt, but I was watching the Public Television channel and suddenly saw that Mher Bisharyan and the chief doctor of the Abovyan morgue said that these bodies were kept in normal conditions and the only issue was the careless stacking. I had warned you to keep silent and withdraw, at least have the courage to admit that we have failed, but you are giving interviews claiming that those conditions are normal?” said Arsen Ghukasyan.

He also mentioned that he had previously urged Mher Bisharyan to submit his resignation, and now he demands it. “I will not be urging, I will be demanding that he resign, and I will sue for him to be arrested for his actions. You better behave yourself, or I will also publish the video of how you unload the bodies, not lower but unload,” he emphasized.

The relative of the missing soldier indicated that he will publish videos to which the officials will not be able to respond. “I will publish a video where everything is clearly visible, and I will see what response you give, and heaven forbid anyone to confuse it and write under my post that it is a lie, because we recorded it as parents and witnessed everything with our own eyes. Heaven forbid anyone tries to claim it’s a lie,” concluded Arsen Ghukasyan.
