Video: Citizens Continue to Surrender Illegal Weapons and Ammunition to Police Stations

Due to the explanatory work of the officers at the Kanaker-Zeitun police station, two recent voluntary surrenders of illegally held weapons and ammunition were recorded. Two residents of Yerevan voluntarily surrendered an AK-47 assault rifle, a sawn-off shotgun, a grenade with a fuse, and various rounds of ammunition of different calibers.

A case of voluntary surrender of a pistol, grenade, magazines, and cartridges was recorded at the Malatia police station. The explanatory efforts of the police service at the Nor Nork division were also effective. A man residing in Avan voluntarily surrendered grenades, one of which was an F-1 type with a fuse, along with 177 rounds of ammunition of various calibers.

Thanks to the explanatory work of the Sisian police, a resident of Noravan village voluntarily surrendered an AK-47 assault rifle. As a result of the explanatory work of the Meghri police, one of the residents of Meghri voluntarily handed over a shotgun, an F-1 type grenade with a fuse, and rounds of various calibers.

As a result of the explanatory efforts of the police in Kapan, one resident of Kajaran voluntarily surrendered over 250 rounds of ammunition of different calibers and firearms. A case of voluntary surrender of an AK-47 assault rifle was also recorded at the police station in Gavar. A resident of Gandzak village who brought the weapon also voluntarily surrendered grenades with fuses, magazines for the assault rifle, and 200 rounds of ammunition of various calibers.

Thanks to the explanatory work of the Ararat police, a man called the station and reported that he had left an AK-47 assault rifle, magazines, and cartridges on the Vedi-Ararat road. Police in Ararat discovered the stated weapons and ammunition at the specified location.
