Why the Russian Prosecutor's Office Requested to Ban Dolce & Gabbana's Advertisement

The Russian Prosecutor's Office has filed a lawsuit in the Saint Petersburg court seeking to ban a Dolce & Gabbana advertisement featuring kissing men. This was reported by the unified press service of city courts.

"The plaintiff also requests that the video be declared prohibited for distribution," it said in a Telegram channel post.

It is noted that the video in question was published on February 12, showcasing two men kissing. The description mentions that it was released in support of an organization that provides assistance to individuals with non-traditional sexual orientations.
