Almost All Videos Show Azerbaijanis Committing Atrocities with Exposed Faces: Ombudsman

Almost all videos show Azerbaijani servicemen committing atrocities against Armenian servicemen and civilians with their faces exposed, cutting off parts of their bodies, torturing, and decapitating living people. They are simply convinced that they will remain unpunished for the war crimes they have committed.

This was stated by the Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan, who also spoke about Azerbaijan's anti-Armenian policies.
