Covid-19: 68 New Infection Cases, 7 Deaths Reported

Yesterday, 2963 tests were conducted, resulting in 68 new confirmed cases of the coronavirus disease. This information has been provided by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia.

As of May 23 at 11:00 AM, the total number of confirmed coronavirus disease cases stands at 221,948, of which 211,057 have recovered, and 4,392 have resulted in death. Currently, 5,425 patients are undergoing treatment for the coronavirus disease. In total, 1,060,108 tests have been conducted.

Additionally, there were 222 recoveries and 6 new deaths reported yesterday. It is noted that the day before, 1 death was recorded in which the patient had contracted the coronavirus; however, the death was attributed to another illness. The total number of such cases is 1,074.
