Strange Behavior Observed in Yerevan's Asphalt Works: Hovsep Khurshudyan

Hovsep Khurshudyan, the head of the "Free Citizen" civil initiatives support center, wrote on his Facebook page: "I had doubts that Russia would use the pre-election period in Armenia to destabilize the situation and create an atmosphere of lawlessness in order to support its allies, not only by provoking and sponsoring Azerbaijani provocations but also through its agents and networks of influence within Armenia, and the businesses belonging to its oligarchs.

For several weeks now, I have been noticing strange behavior in Yerevan's asphalt works. Normal streets are being demolished and re-asphalted, while those that genuinely need repair or at least pothole filling are being left untouched for weeks, which has caused justified dissatisfaction among thousands of drivers and passengers.

Today, our neighborhood was cut off from electricity for the second time. Moreover, for the second time during the H1 news broadcast at around 9:00 PM. I won't even mention who owns the Armenian electricity distribution companies.

Are these just coincidences?"
