Variations in Electricity Supply in Different Regions of Armenia

The variations in electricity supply in different regions of Armenia are related to the operation of automation systems. This was stated by Natalia Sargyan, the spokesperson for the Armenian Electric Networks Company.

“The fluctuations in supply are caused by the operation of automation due to voltage drops. The issue lies within the high-voltage lines. A specialist informed me that the interruptions lasted only 5 minutes in Avan, third district, Ejmiatsin, and other areas. There were similar incidents during the day that lasted 3 minutes,” Sargyan said.
