Vanadzor's Mush Cooperative President Provided Fake Residency Certificates to 18 Individuals
The investigation by the Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee regarding the forgery of documents by the president of the cooperative has concluded. This was reported by the Investigative Committee.
It has been established and substantiated during the investigation that the president of the Mush cooperative in Vanadzor, by filling in false information in statements that are official documents during 2019, signed and stamped them with the cooperative's seal, providing 18 individuals with fake residency certificates. These documents were then submitted by the individuals to the Vanadzor division of the Road Police, based on which they registered vehicles in their names.
With sufficient evidence collected, the president of the cooperative has been charged with the forgery of official documents regarding residency certificates, intended for continuous use by other persons.
Part of the case against the cooperative president has been separated into a different procedure, and a notification of the completion of the preliminary investigation has been issued, with the criminal case sent to the court with an accusatory conclusion.
The preliminary investigation continues regarding the 18 individuals who received the fake certificates.
