Peskov Comments on Armenia and Azerbaijan Border Demarcation

The Press Secretary of the President of Russia, Dmitry Peskov, commented on the alleged text of the statement concerning border demarcation, which has appeared on social media, attributed to Armenian Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Presidents Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev of Russia and Azerbaijan, respectively. He called for restraint in relation to such "random publications" and emphasized the importance of relying on official sources, as this is a delicate matter and significant efforts are being made for the resolution of the situation.

“In general, this is such a delicate matter, and significant efforts are being made to resolve it that it is necessary to treat such random publications with great caution and to orient oneself only based on official sources,” Peskov stated to RIA Novosti in response to a request for comment on the text of the trilateral statement that had surfaced on social media the previous day.
