Video: Artak Davtyan was in the Government, Did Not Respond to Questions About the Troop's Humiliation
The Chief of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces, Artak Davtyan, was present in the government building. Journalists inquired whether he felt uncomfortable witnessing the humiliation of the Ministry of Defense troops; however, he did not respond to the question.
He also left other questions unanswered and quickly departed.
