VIDEO: Armenia Appeals to CSTO

Armenia's acting Foreign Minister Ara Aivazian, acting Defense Minister Vagharshak Harutyunyan, and Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan are instructed to take measures aimed at initiating consultations as per Article 2 of the Collective Security Treaty, to coordinate the positions of CSTO member states and to take steps to eliminate the emerging threats.

I instruct to take measures for the initiation of procedures provided by the crisis response regulations of the Collective Security Organization.
