  10:00-13:00: Partial power off in Ararat village, 10:30-14:30: Partial outages in Artashat city on Mravyan, Spandaryan, Abovyan, Aram Khachaturyan streets, buildings on August 23 Street 22, 24, 10:00-16:00: Villages of Kaghzrashen and Narek, partial in Aygezard, Lusarat, and Dashtakar villages, 10:30-16:00: Partial in Berkanush village.
• In Vayots Dzor Province:
  10:00-16:00: Saralanj village, 10:30-14:00: Partial power off in Jermuk city on Isakov St., 11:00-15:00: Partial outages in Yeghegnodzor city on Alaverdyan, Zoravar Vardan, Chalyabyan streets.
• In Kotayk Province:
  10:00-16:30: Yeghvard community: Gayi, Khanchyan, Sayat-Nova, Zakaryan streets, partial on Safaryan street and adjacent non-residential subscribers, 10:30-16:30: Charentsavan city on 3rd quarter 12-21, 31-41; 4th quarter 7-24; 6th quarter 1-4, 13-29; 7th quarter 1-14, 18-25 buildings, Cultural Center, schools No. 3, 4, 5, Mayor's office building, Charentsavan police department, 'Tsitsernak' kindergarten, hospital, 'Veon Armenia', 'VivaCell-MTS', 'Ucom' mobile operator stations and adjacent non-residential subscribers.
