Russian Sappers Have Cleared Over 650 km of Roads in Artsakh
Russian sappers have cleared 650.3 km of roads in Nagorno-Karabakh. This information was reported by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
It is noted that the groups of engineer-sappers from the Humanitarian Demining Center continue to clear the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh from explosive objects.
“In one day, 11 buildings were inspected, 5 hectares of territory were cleared, 3 km of roads were cleared, and 3 explosive objects were found,” the statement said.
According to the latest data from the Ministry of Defense of Russia, since November 23, 2020, a total of 2,098 hectares of territory, 1,796 buildings (including 30 socially significant facilities) have been cleared of unexploded ordnance, and 25,611 explosive objects have been identified and neutralized.
