As of May 9, 10,727 Vaccinations Have Been Administered in Armenia
The Ministry of Health reports that as of May 9, a total of 10,727 vaccinations have been administered since the launch of the COVID-19 vaccination campaign.
Vaccination is being conducted at primary health care organizations every day of the week. On Saturdays and Sundays, there are scheduled sessions from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Individuals are required to call their preferred polyclinic, regardless of any registration, and register for vaccination in advance.
Mobile vaccination teams are also operating in public places. In Yerevan, vaccinations are available at Northern Avenue, the “Dalma Garden” shopping mall, and the “Megamall” retail centers, as well as in Gyumri at Vardanants Square, in Vanadzor at Hayk Square, and near the Dilijan municipality.
Foreign citizens can also receive the vaccine.
Vaccinations are free of charge.
Vaccinations with AstraZeneca are available for individuals aged 18 and older, based on demand and voluntary principles. Sputnik V vaccinations are intended for at-risk groups, specifically health care workers aged 18 to 54, chronically ill individuals aged 18 to 54, and residents and staff of social care centers aged 18 to 54.
