We Are Not Worthy of Our People: Pashinyan Apologizes for Mistakes in Martuni
We must understand what happened to us, why, after that glorious victory, we faced this bitter defeat. And we should not be afraid to confront ourselves, stated the acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a meeting with residents in Martuni.
"We must look directly into each other's eyes and acknowledge what mistakes we made that led us to a point where we practically had no way out, where we had no alternatives. We negotiated until the last moment possible and fought until the last moment possible," Pashinyan asserted.
"Every time I speak with you, I think that, nonetheless, we are not worthy of our people. Our people deserve much more," Pashinyan said, apologizing for all the mistakes made.
