Rain and Thunderstorms Expected, Localized Intense
From May 3-4, short-term rain and thunderstorms are expected in some regions of the Republic, particularly in the afternoon. On May 5-6, rain and thunderstorms are anticipated intermittently, and on the 7th, rain and thunderstorms are expected in all regions after noon, with some areas experiencing heavy rainfall. Hail is possible in certain areas.
The nights of May 3-4 and the 7th are expected to be precipitation-free. Winds will be coming from the south-west at 5-10 m/s, with localized increases of wind strength up to 15-20 m/s during thunderstorms, and 20-25 m/s on May 5-6.
Daytime temperatures will gradually rise by 7-9 degrees on May 3-4, and will decrease by the same amount on May 5-6.
In Yerevan, short-term rain and thunderstorms are expected in some areas in the second half of May 3, with intermittent rain and thunderstorms on May 5-6, and rain and thunderstorms after noon on the 7th. Wind gusts during thunderstorms may reach up to 15-20 m/s. May 4 and the night of the 7th are expected to be without precipitation.
