People are already openly speaking about Stepanakert coming under Baku's control in June. This was stated by Ruben Melikyan on his Facebook page, referring to the remark made by Azerbaijani human rights defender Ahmed Sahidov, who claimed that by June, Stepanakert will be entirely under Azerbaijan's control, either peacefully or through the use of force.

“In my opinion, it is clear that there exists a very straightforward agreement between Azerbaijan and Turkey. People are already openly speaking about Stepanakert coming under Baku's control in June,” he noted.
