«Horizon» and the Republican Party's Political Team Will Leave Pashinyan's Team with Zero Score Even with a Backup Bench, Says Sos Hakobyan

«Horizon» and the Republican Party of Armenia have announced their intention to participate in the upcoming snap parliamentary elections as a coalition.

“At this moment, the decision to go as a coalition is clear. We are still working on the list, the coalition's name, and programmatic provisions, which will be published when the decree regarding the elections is issued,” Hakobyan stated.

According to the party's press secretary, individuals whose solidarity with the law may be questioned cannot be included in the list. “There will be people who have public trust and can be useful to Armenia within their capacity,” he added.

Regarding the party leader Arthur Vanetsyan, Sos Hakobyan stated the following: “Arthur Vanetsyan will play a very key role in the snap elections and the entire political process, as well as being the leader of our coalition-going force. However, who will be the first on the list is still a subject of discussion and there is no clarity on that yet.”

“The technical team of both the ‘Horizon’ party and the ‘Republican’ party will leave Pashinyan's team with a zero score even if they play without a goalkeeper,” said Sos Hakobyan during a meeting with journalists. “On both sides, we have a very rich and complementary brain team, based on their experience and the journey they have made in public service, which, in my opinion, will be unique in the field,” he added.
