Water Supply Schedules Unchanged: "Veolia Jur" Publishes Updated Timetable

Recently, "Veolia Jur" company published its updated water supply schedule for the residential areas in its service area for the period from May 1, 2021, to September 30, 2021. This release has prompted the need for clarification due to responses from certain media outlets and consumers.

The company reports that the water supply schedule will remain the same during the period from May 1 to October 30, 2021, as it was in the preceding period. The new schedule published by "Veolia Jur" does not imply any reduction in water supply times. It reflects the minimum duration of the water supply, as in reality, some customers are provided with water supply for a longer duration than declared.

The publication of the water supply schedule is a requirement of the license number 1 issued by the Public Services Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Armenia to "Veolia Jur" LLC. The operator is obligated to publish the schedule twice a year, in April and September, for the upcoming months. It is published in the media, on the company's official website www.veolia.am, and is also noted on the payment receipts of the subscribers.

In recent years, as a result of the work carried out by "Veolia Jur," the majority of subscribers now receive water supply on a continuous basis. Water supply has been significantly improved in dozens of settlements across the republic. Efforts are being made to improve the schedule for subscribers with the lowest water supply, which is particularly urgent in rural areas.
