Japanese 'Don Juan' Poisoned by His Own Wife
In Japan, a woman has been arrested on charges of murdering her millionaire husband, who once compared himself to Don Juan in a book he wrote. According to Japan Times, 25-year-old Saki Sudo has been accused of poisoning 77-year-old Kosuke Nozaki in 2018, just three months after their wedding.
She had dined with Nozaki before his death, and authorities have reported that the woman researched the effects of the toxic substance found in her husband's body online.
The suspicious death has drawn attention over the years, as Nozaki became famous in 2016 with his book titled "Don Juan of Kishu: The Man Who Divided 3 Billion Yen Among 4,000 Beautiful Women." In 2016, Nozaki's then-girlfriend, who was 20 years old at the time, was arrested for stealing over half a million dollars from his home.
