Heavy Hail and Rain Causes Flooding in a Stepanakert Apartment

At 22:55, the 911 emergency hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that following a heavy hailstorm and rainfall, water had completely flooded an apartment located at 1/1 M. Arzanyan Street in Stepanakert. Assistance from rescue teams was required. This information was provided by the Artsakh Emergency Situations Service.

A firefighting rescue team was dispatched to the scene. The rescuers helped a large family carry out water removal work in three rooms using manual methods.
