Maral's relatives reached out to me and lawyer Alexander Kochubayev, who was authorized to apply to the Passport Division of the RA Police on Maral's behalf, to recover his passport and send it to Beirut, considering the uniqueness of the case.

They said Maral must personally come from Beirut and probably prove that he was captured and that the Turk has not returned his RA citizenship passport.
