A Hero of Artsakh Receives Apology from Health Ministry Official

The hero of Artsakh and participant of the 44-day war, Edgar Markosyan, has received a call from the head of the Ministry of Health's staff and the employee who previously told him he did not have the right to state funding for surgery. The employee apologized.

Markosyan, who sustained injuries during the war, shared this news on his Facebook page. He expressed his surprise at the reaction his situation received, stating: “Dear friends, I didn’t expect such a response to all of this, but I must say that Varduhim, the head of the Ministry of Health's staff, called me, and then the person who gave me that response also called to apologize. Thank you for your concern and for the response to my issue.”
