204 Million Dollar Bonuses During Nikol Pashinyan's Administration

The largest amount of bonuses went to the Police, totaling 9,440,069,160 drams, followed by the State Revenue Committee with 6,596,396,100 drams. The National Security Service received 3,085,119,370 drams, while the Court Department was awarded 2,148,554,350 drams. Together, the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Rescue Service received 2,110,431,950 drams. The Prime Minister's Office is also on the 'billionaires' list with bonuses totaling 1,634,215,530 drams. The list closes with the Investigative Committee at 1,398,243,200 drams and the Ministry of Justice's Penitentiary Service at 1,171,096,310 drams.

Considerable bonuses were also given at the Prosecutor's Office, totaling 909,664,420 drams. Members of Parliament and staff of the National Assembly received bonuses totaling 551,319,770 drams. Bonuses in the capital's city hall and administrative districts totaled 295,563,645 drams, which is significantly lower than the previous year's bonuses in that structure."

From the beginning of this year alone, amidst the repercussions of the coronavirus pandemic and the 44-day devastating war, bonuses amounting to 10 billion 40 million drams have already been distributed in the state apparatus. In 2020, under the listed calamities, approximately 3 billion drams more in bonuses were allocated compared to the previous year, 2019, in which the total bonuses amounted to 34,759,381,910 drams. Since Nikol Pashinyan assumed power on May 9, 2018, the total bonuses awarded within the state apparatus have reached 15,744,577,969 drams.

Thus, during Nikol Pashinyan's administration, bonuses amounting to 98 billion 271 million drams were distributed, which is equivalent to more than 204 million USD.
