ROADS: There Are Closed Roads in Armenia. The Stepantsminda-Lars Road is Open

The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia reports that there are closed roads within the territory of the Republic of Armenia.

The roads leading from the "Amberd" high mountainous meteorological station in the Aragatsotn region to the Amberd fortress and to the Kaghak Lake are closed.

Regarding the Lars situation, according to information received from the Emergency Situations Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Crisis Management Center of the Russian Emergencies Ministry in North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open. On the Russian side, there are approximately 395 accumulated freight vehicles.
