715 New Cases of Coronavirus Confirmed in Armenia

As of April 23, 715 new cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Armenia, bringing the total number of infected individuals to 212,114. According to the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia, 15 citizens have died as a result of the virus in one day, raising the total death toll to 3,984.

In addition, there have been 4 registered deaths of patients with COVID-19 due to other illnesses in the same day. As of April 23, the total number of such cases stands at 19. Overall, 19 people have died in one day, with the total number of death cases reaching 4,979.

The number of recoveries in one day has reached 1,123, bringing the total recoveries to 192,281, while the number of actively treated patients is down to 14,854, a decrease of 427 from the previous day. A total of 4,015 tests were conducted in one day, with the overall number of tests carried out so far amounting to 955,515.
