Traffic Organization Changes in One of Yerevan's Streets

In order to improve traffic safety and prevent road traffic accidents, changes will be made to the organization of traffic starting April 23, 2021, on the section of the road near 75 Charentsi Street (adjacent to Khirmian Hayrik High School) at the uncontrolled pedestrian crossing point. This information was provided by the Armenian Traffic Police.

As a result of the change, a traffic light object operating in 'Pedestrian Call' mode will be installed at the specified pedestrian crossing on Charentsi Street. Henceforth, the flow of vehicles and the movement of pedestrians across the road will be regulated by traffic signals, allowing pedestrians to intervene in the sequence of traffic.
