Houses in Shurnukh Built to Ensure Formal Side, Community Leader Says

Houses are being constructed in Shurnukh to ensure a formal side, according to the community leader, Hakob Arshakyan.

“They know that no one will live there. Without experts, without anything, they are creating a neighborhood, for what? Who will live there?” the village head raised questions, noting that the area is not conducive for habitation.

He believes that rather than development, there is an organization of resettlement from the village.
