Since 1991, I do not remember any Armenian leader being publicly dishonored like this: Senor Hasratyan

Since 1991, I do not remember any leader of the Republic of Armenia being publicly dishonored the way the person occupying the office of Prime Minister has been for months. The most recent example of this occurred today in Syunik. This was posted on his Facebook page by former spokesperson of the Defense Army, Senor Hasratyan.

He particularly noted, “In fact, the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd presidents have faced serious accusations at different times and on various occasions, but as our current unfortunately sad reality shows, these accusations were not always justified... Nevertheless, each of them, possessing enough self-esteem and awareness of state interests, preferred to heed the voice of the people when necessary and to temporarily withdraw from the political stage... This, despite the fact that each one of them took on the responsibility for one of the most difficult periods in our history, bringing new territories and internationally undeniable authority to the country... Today’s reality is not only completely diametrically opposite, but it also gives the impression that the person at the helm of the country is consistently leading the state toward destruction, lacking the minimum human and political decency. And he does this shamelessly, ignoring the demands of the people to whom he deceived and seized power.”
