A Criminal Case Initiated over Incident Involving Armenian Drivers on the Red Shuka-Stepanakert Road

The investigation department of the Artsakh Republic's Investigative Committee has accepted a case regarding an incident that occurred on March 25, 2021, around 1:30 PM, on the 18th kilometer of the Red Shuka-Stepanakert road. An unidentified Azerbaijani serviceman intentionally threw stones at two vehicles, a "Niva" and a "Vaz 2107," driven by ethnic Armenian drivers, with the intent to deliberately damage the vehicles, motivated by national hatred.

The criminal case was initiated under point 4 of part 2 of Article 33-191 of the Artsakh Republic Criminal Code. The investigation is ongoing.
