Sotk Gold Mine Road and Railway Closed

The road and railway leading to the Sotk gold mine are closed. Workers are staging a protest, expressing their dissatisfaction over receiving incomplete salaries for several months. They have been informed that, due to a reduction in mining volumes, it is not possible to receive their salaries at the previous levels. They stated that the road will remain closed until their salary issues are resolved.

It should be noted that for four consecutive days, employees of the Sotk gold mine have been blocking the access road to the mine, demanding their salaries. They have not received salaries for the past seven months.
