I Will Personally Capture Azerbaijanis Entering Stepanakert: Boris Avagyan

Reports circulating online that Azerbaijanis are freely entering Stepanakert and shopping at the city's stores are not true. This statement was made by Boris Avagyan, the Deputy Director of the Artsakh Emergency Situations Department, during a discussion on the issues of captives in the National Assembly today.

“These are some fake news items posted on social media, which I rule out. If you cross that route 3-4 times a week, you will understand that this is an impossible option. I don’t know who is spreading such false information. But I officially state that this is an excluded option,” said Avagyan.

The Artsakh official also assured that if such an incident occurs, he will personally capture the Azerbaijanis who enter Stepanakert.
