Court Invalidates Arman Sargsyan's Order to Dismiss Albert Unusyan from Police
The court has invalidated the order to dismiss former police officer Albert Unusyan from service, as Unusyan reports on his Facebook page.
“We came, we saw, we conquered. The court ruled to invalidate the absurd order of Police Chief Arman Sargsyan, forcing the police to partially compensate my salary and restore me to my previous position. It was essential for me to have this disgraceful order, which defamed my name, declared invalid. I am immensely grateful to lawyer Tigran Atanesyan for supporting and assisting me in this sacred cause. I serve the Republic of Armenia. I am honored,” wrote Albert Unusyan.
It is noteworthy that, as Unusyan pointed out, he was dismissed for congratulating the birthday of one of the government’s opponents.
