298 New Cases of Coronavirus Confirmed in Armenia

As of April 19, a total of 298 new cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Armenia, bringing the total number of infected individuals to 208,818. According to the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Republic of Armenia, 17 citizens have died from the virus in one day, with the total death toll reaching 3,895.

Additionally, there were 2 cases of patients infected with coronavirus who died from other illnesses reported in the same day. As of April 19, the total number of these cases is 982. In total, 19 people have died in one day, and the overall death count has now reached 4,875.

In the past day, the number of recoveries has been 1,551, bringing the total recoveries to 189,017, while the number of currently ill patients is 14,924 (a decrease of 1,272 in one day). A total of 2,176 tests have been conducted in the past day, and overall, 937,603 tests have been performed to date.
