The Real 'Guilty' and 'Just' Will Remain Unknown as Long as the Number One Culprit Stands at the Head of the Country – Hasratyan

In the case of managing random events, it is possible to reward a soldier with a medal or to grant them a rank for the merits demonstrated during the war; however, after the war, a criminal case can be initiated against that same soldier for crimes committed during the same war. This was stated by the former spokesperson of the Artsakh Defense Army, Senor Hasratyan, on his Facebook page.

He specifically noted: “This is not absurd but rather a disgraceful deal to save someone’s self on the ruins of a destroyed army at the expense of another, which will undoubtedly have more severe consequences than we already have... In this chaotic management, unfortunately, the truth will always be the slave of lies, and as a result, it is not the fraudster and the schemer who will be punished, but the one who had to fight under the 'supreme commander' and the so-called 'best military strategist' that stands as the number one randomness.
