Searches for the Fallen and Missing Continue in the Direction of Vorotan

The search operations for the remains of servicemen classified as fallen and missing during the war, as well as civilian individuals, continue towards Vorotan (Qubadlı) under Azerbaijani control as of April 16. This was reported by the Information and Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh, adding that the searches are being conducted by a rescue squad.

“The searches conducted on April 15 in the Jrakana region yielded no results. The operations were halted immediately after an explosion occurred during the day,” reported the Artsakh Ministry of Internal Affairs' rescue service, specifying that the health condition of the rescuer injured in the explosion is stable. He is currently in the intensive care unit and will be transferred to the hospital ward in the second half of the day.
