Pashinyan's speeches have never been marked by logic, connection to reality, or sobriety. As a rule, they are hysterical, filled with cynicism and lies. This statement was released by Bagrat Mikoyan, coordinator of the office of the second president of Armenia.

"Today was no exception. Can you imagine that a person who has ruined our present dares to speak about the future? The only feeling that arose while listening to this frantic speech of a losing authority was pity," the statement reads.
