Azerbaijan Will Do Everything to Prevent the Opening of Communications, While We Are Maximally Constructive on This Matter: Pashinyan

Regardless of the decision made, the interests of Armenia will be taken into account. I must emphasize that this situation is also a challenge; our challenges have not ceased over the course of 30 years. This was stated by Surbhi Grigoryan, a member of the 'Enlightened Armenia' faction, who asked Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan about the status of the processes concerning communications through Syunik.

Nikol Pashinyan replied that work is underway in this direction, although no specific agreements have yet been reached. 'Discussions are taking place regarding the reopening of communications, a working group has been formed, and work is being conducted now, but specific agreements have not yet been achieved. However, there are options and proposals, and we must have a route. Azerbaijan will do everything to prevent the opening of communications, while we are maximally constructive on this issue,' said Nikol Pashinyan.
