The Peace Promoted by This Government Could Become a National Disgrace: MP

The Azerbaijani dictator has today responded to a question from one of his Armenian counterparts about what hinders us from being more constructive. This was stated by Anna Grigoryan, a former member of the ‘My Step’ faction, on her Facebook page.

“While our authorities prepare the people for peace, he, Aliyev, proudly strolling through a park adorned with the helmets of our fallen soldiers, clearly demonstrated where ethnic hatred begins and continues to be fed. There is no more peace-loving nation than ours, believe me; however, peace is not begged for; it is prepared for by strengthening and improving the army and creating a favorable political environment.

The peace promoted by this government is neither an opportunity for us nor a historical chance, as some claim. It could become our national disgrace,” wrote the MP.
