An Internal Investigation Launched on Police Actions During Women's Protest, Says Samsonyan

Ani Samsonyan, a member of the "Enlightened Armenia" faction, addressed the police on April 7 regarding the police actions during a women's protest in front of the government building.

The MP informs that in response to her application, it was reported that an internal investigation has been initiated by the Department of Internal Security of the Police of the Republic of Armenia, upon the instructions of the Chief of Police.

It is noteworthy that on April 7, women from the "VETO" movement held a protest in front of the government, during which the police used force to detain them.
