Samvel Babayan to participate in upcoming snap elections

Former Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh, Samvel Babayan, has announced his participation in the upcoming snap elections. Babayan made this statement during a conversation with reporters today.

“A group of people who are concerned about the situation in our country have invited me as a military expert, and I will join that team,” Babayan said.

He noted that they will not cooperate with any political force and will not form a coalition. “We will enter the parliament, see what forces are in parliament, and then decide with whom we will cooperate,” Babayan added.
