Solar-Powered Display Reflects Passing Cars' Speed

Today, a solar-powered display that captures the speed of vehicles has been installed on a street in Yerevan, near St. Harutyun Church. As cars pass beneath the display, their speed is reflected on the board.

If a vehicle exceeds the speed limit, the display shows a red color, while a green color indicates that the speed is within legal limits. The device does not have the capability to register fines.
