This was stated by Tigran Abrahamyan, the head of the "Henaket" analytical center, on his Facebook page, referring to the announcement made today that prisoners are returning, yet ultimately an empty plane returned from Azerbaijan.

This statement comes from the same government that, without seeing the water, hastily fulfilled the provisions of that same trilateral statement regarding themselves, handing over Karvachar, Aknaghbyur, and Kashatagh without a shot being fired.

So, when you were reaching an agreement around the trilateral statement, who was supposed to consider those specifics?
