Azerbaijan Must Return All Our Prisoners of War: Naghdalyan on Bayramov's Statement

Following the news regarding the return of prisoners of war and the confirmation of information from the press and the offices of the Prime Minister and the Deputy Prime Minister, the Armenian public, especially the relatives of the detainees, was expected to face significant disappointment. It turned out that the plane landed empty in Yerevan. Meanwhile, Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov stated that there are no Armenian prisoners of war in Azerbaijan, insisting that they have returned all Armenian detainees as of November 10.

In an interview with ArmDaily.am, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Anna Naghdalyan reiterated that the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has stated, both previously and now, that Azerbaijan must return all Armenian prisoners of war. “The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has repeatedly commented on this issue, asserting that Azerbaijan must return all our prisoners of war,” said Naghdalyan.
